3rd shift - Electro-Mechanical Technician

<p><h2>Responsibilities</h2> <p>Straight 3rd shift. Sunday - Thursday 10pm-6am. Overtime hours will be required both during the week and on some weekends. </p> <p>The qualified candidate is preferred but not required to have knowledge in the following areas:</p> <ul> <li>AC/DC wiring methods</li> <li>AC/DC drives/motors/ VFD's & servo motors</li> <li>PLCs (Allen Bradley, Siemens, B&R, Beckhoff)</li> <li>HMI</li> <li>Mechanical systems (bearing, alignment, chains, belts)</li> <li>Pneumatics and hydraulics</li> <li>Design and fabricating is a plus but not required</li> <li>Preventive & predictive maintenance on production machinery</li> <li>Mill and Lathe experience is a plus but not required</li> <li>Fanuc/Robot experience is a plus</li> <li>Experience using a CMMS system</li> <li>Conveyor systems</li> </ul> <p>The following lists the job tasks and responsibilities that the Maintenance Technician will be performing:</p> <ul> <li>Works safely and follows all related policies and programs to assure a safe working environment.</li> <li>Reading blueprints, diagrams, electrical schematic and hydraulic drawings to determine work requirements</li> <li>Install, align, dismantle, and move stationary industrial machinery and mechanical equipment, such as pumps, fans, tanks, and conveyors according to layout plans using hand and power tools</li> <li>Inspect and examine machinery and equipment to detect and find irregularities and malfunctions</li> <li>Install, troubleshoot and maintain power transmission, vacuum, hydraulic and pneumatic systems</li> <li>Adjust machinery and troubleshoot defective parts</li> <li>Operate hoisting and lifting devices, such as cranes, jacks and forklifts, to position machinery and parts during the installation, set-up and repair of machinery</li> <li>Clean, lubricate and perform other routine maintenance/preventative work on machinery</li> <li>Other job tasks and projects as assigned</li> </ul> <h2>Qualifications</h2> <p>All candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
