You will be expected to deliver comprehensive dental services, including advanced procedures</span></p><p dir="ltr"><b><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></b></p><ul><li value="1"><span>Perform comprehensive oral examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning.</span></li><li value="2"><span>Deliver a full scope of high-quality dental services, including restorative, cosmetic, and</span></li><li value="3"><span>surgical procedures.</span></li><li value="4"><span>Provide advanced procedures such as implant placement and restoration, utilizing</span></li><li value="5"><span>cutting-edge technology like 3D printing.</span></li><li value="6"><span>Develop and manage patient treatment plans with a focus on excellent clinical outcomes</span></li><li value="7"><span>and patient education.</span></li><li value="8"><span>Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency while ensuring the highest standard</span></li><li value="9"><span>of patient care and safety.</span></li><li value="10"><span>Collaborate effectively with the dental team, including hygienists and assistants, to</span></li><li value="11"><span>ensure a seamless patient experience.</span></li><li value="12"><span>Uphold the practice's reputation for clinical excellence and patient-centered care.</span></li><li value="13"><span>Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.</span></li></ul><p dir="ltr"><b><strong>Qualifications</strong></b></p><ul><li value="1"><span>Minimum of 4 years of clinical experience</span></li><li value="2"><span>DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.</span></li><li value="3"><span>Active, unrestricted dental license in the state of Georgia.</span></li><li value="4"><span>Current CPR/BLS certification and active DEA registration.</span></li><li value="5"><span>Develops strong relationships with patients and their families and has excellent chairside manner.</span></li><li value="6"><span>Advanced training and proficiency in cosmetic dentistry, implant placement/restoration and Invisalign.</span></li><li value="7"><span>Demonstrated a high level of accountability, responsibility, and a strong commitment to the profession.</span></li><li value="8"><span>Collaborates with dentists, dental hygienists, and specialists.</span></li><li value="9"><span>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</span></li></ul><p dir="ltr"><b><strong>Schedule & Compensation</strong></b></p><ul><li value="1"><b><strong>Schedule:</strong></b><span> Monday – Thursday. Open to working Fridays for those who desire additional hours.</span></li></ul><p><h4>Benefits:</h4><ul>Medical, Dental, 401k</ul></p><p><h4>Compensation:</h4><ul><li>$200,000-$400,000/year</li></ul></p>
