We are looking for a clinician who is committed to delivering high-quality care, building strong patient relationships, and contributing positively to our team culture.</span></p><p dir="ltr"><span>In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing the overall oral health of patients while providing a full range of general and surgical dental services.</span></p><h3 dir="ltr"><b><strong>Compensation Package</strong></b></h3><ul><li value="1"><span>$900-$1000/Per Diem DOE</span></li><li value="2"><span>Bonus Package</span></li></ul><h3 dir="ltr"><b><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></b></h3><ul><li value="1"><span>Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care</span></li><li value="2"><span>Diagnose and treat cavities, cracked, fractured, and decayed teeth</span></li><li value="3"><span>Perform restorative procedures including fillings, crowns, and related treatments</span></li><li value="4"><span>Conduct root canals, extractions, and other oral surgical procedures</span></li><li value="5"><span>Administer local anesthesia and sedation as appropriate</span></li><li value="6"><span>Prescribe antibiotics, pain management, and other necessary medications</span></li><li value="7"><span>Evaluate patients through clinical examinations and diagnostic imaging</span></li><li value="8"><span>Interpret X-rays and other diagnostic tests</span></li><li value="9"><span>Develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans</span></li><li value="10"><span>Create models for dental appliances as needed</span></li><li value="11"><span>Provide patient education, including treatment explanations and aftercare instructions</span></li><li value="12"><span>Maintain accurate and thorough patient records</span></li><li value="13"><span>Deliver general dentistry services and comprehensive oral care</span></li></ul><h3 dir="ltr"><b><strong>Qualifications & Requirements</strong></b></h3><ul><li value="1"><span>DDS or DMD degree from a CODA-accredited dental school</span></li><li value="2"><span>Active CPR certification</span></li><li value="3"><span>Strong interpersonal and communication skills</span></li><li value="4"><span>Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care</span></li><li value="5"><span>Commitment to compliance with all office, state, and ADA regulations and protocols</span></li></ul><h3 dir="ltr"><b><strong>Our Commitment to You</strong></b></h3><p dir="ltr"><span>At Our Best Life Companies, we are dedicated to creating an inclusive environment where providers can thrive professionally while making a meaningful impact on patients’ lives.</span></p><p><br></p><p dir="ltr"><i><em>Our Best Life Companies is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.</em></i></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><h4>Benefits:</h4><ul>Bonuses</ul></p><p><h4>Compensation:</h4><ul><li>$900-$1,000/day</li></ul></p>
