This new facility is part of our future—and you can help build it. ✈️ <hr> What You’ll Do As an Automation Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a critical role in keeping our advanced manufacturing systems running safely, efficiently, and reliably from the very start. In this role, you will: <ul> <li>Support a safe, high-performance workplace by following safety and environmental standards</li> <li>Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems across automated equipment</li> <li>Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize uptime</li> <li>Document maintenance activity within our CMMS system</li> <li>Help establish and maintain a critical spare-parts inventory strategy</li> <li>Support startup activities, equipment commissioning, and continuous improvement initiatives</li> <li>Expand your skills through ongoing training, certifications, and exposure to advanced automation technologies</li> </ul> This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on, highly technical, and part of building something new from the ground up. <hr> What Makes You a Strong Fit We’re looking for technicians who are curious, collaborative, and energized by modern automation environments.
