<p><span style="font-size:12px">As an <strong>Automation Maintenance Technician</strong>, you’ll play a critical role in keeping our advanced manufacturing systems running safely, efficiently, and reliably from the very start.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:12px"><strong>In this role, you will:</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li><span style="font-size:12px">Support a <strong>safe, high-performance workplace</strong> by following safety and environmental standards</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:12px">Troubleshoot <strong>electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems</strong> across automated equipment</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:12px">Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize uptime</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:12px">Document maintenance activity within our <strong>CMMS system</strong></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:12px">Help establish and maintain a <strong>critical spare-parts inventory strategy</strong></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:12px">Support <strong>startup activities, equipment commissioning, and continuous improvement initiatives</strong></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:12px">Expand your skills through <strong>ongoing training, certifications, and exposure to advanced automation technologies</strong></span></li>
</ul>

<span style="font-size:12px"><span style="color:#8e44ad"><strong>What Makes You a Strong Fit</strong></span></span>
<p><span style="font-size:12px">We’re looking for technicians who are curious, collaborative, and energized by modern automation environments.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:12px"><strong>Preferred qualifications:</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li><span style="font-size:12px">Associate degree in <strong>Mechatronics, Automation, Electrical Technology, Electronics, Millwright, or Instrumentation & Controls</strong> (or equivalent hands-on experience)</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:12px">3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:12px">Experience troubleshooting <strong>PLCs and VFDs</strong> (especially Allen-Bradley systems)</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:12px">Strong electrical and mechanical diagnostic skills</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:12px">Comfort working with <strong>Excel, Word, and Outlook</strong></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:12px">A proactive mindset and desire to help shape maintenance systems in a new facility</span></li>
</ul>

<p><span style="font-size:12px"><strong>Hourly Pay:</strong> $36.00 – $42.00 (DOE)<br>
<strong>Bonus:</strong> Up to 5% quarterly bonus potential</span></p>
