<p>TransForce is seeking <strong>established CDL A teams to fill in as vacation relief for other teams.</strong> Operations based in Del Rio, TX.</p>
<p>This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team. </p>
<p><strong>CDL A OTR Team Details </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Schedule: No set schedule. OTR. (Home Weekly)</p>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Pay: $100k per year, per driver. </p>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Route Type: OTR. Starts in Del Rio, Tx</p>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Equipment: dry van or flatbed</p>
</ul>
<p><strong>CDL A OTR Team Minimum Requirements For Each Driver: </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>License: CDL A </p>
<li>
<p>Experience: 6 months of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience </p>
<li>
<p>Equipment Experience: flatbed or dry van</p>
<li>
<p>Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years) </p>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements </p>
</ul>
<p><strong>CDL A OTR Team Responsibilities: </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Safely operate flatbed or dry vans on OTR routes </p>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Transport freight in accordance with DOT and company safety standards </p>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections </p>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Maintain accurate logs and paperwork </p>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations </p>
</ul>
