This role involves assisting residents with activities of daily living, medication reminders, and social and spiritual pursuits. This position will render personal care to residents and monitor their physical and cognitive wellbeing.</span></p><p style="margin: 0px;"> </p><p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;"><strong><u>Essential Functions, Key Duties, & Responsibilities</u></strong></span></p><ul style="margin-top: 0in;"><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;">Assist residents with activities of daily living including but not limited to; bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and medication reminders in accordance with care plans and established community policies and procedures.</span></li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;">Assist residents with lifting, turning, transferring, positioning, and transporting into and out of beds, chairs, bathtubs, wheelchairs, lifts, etc.</span></li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;">Assist with dining room services at assigned mealtimes, including set-up, clean-up, meal tray delivery, feeding assistance, and documentation of meal intake.</span></li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;">Monitor the residents’ physical and cognitive wellbeing and report changes to the nurse and supervisor.</span></li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;">Deliver nutritional supplements to residents at assigned times and provide resident assistance as needed to ensure intake.
