<p><strong>About the Role</strong></p>
<p>The Content Marketing Manager develops high-quality marketing content that supports product marketing strategies and brand messaging. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Content Marketing & Strategy, this role executes approved campaigns, adapts content across channels, and partners closely with product marketing, digital, and copy teams to deliver consistent, performance-driven narratives.</p>
<p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p>
<p><em>Content Development & Execution</em></p>
<ul>
<li>Create and adapt content across formats, including sales collateral, digital assets, video scripts, social, email, and live event materials.</li>
<li>Repurpose core messages into modular assets optimized for channels and audiences.</li>
<li>Ensure alignment with brand, editorial, and messaging standards in collaboration with senior copy and content leadership.</li>
</ul>
<p><em>Campaign & Product Marketing Support</em></p>
<ul>
<li>Partner with product marketing managers to execute content components of approved marketing plans.</li>
<li>Produce launch and campaign assets on time and to specification.</li>
<li>Incorporate stakeholder feedback under guidance from content leadership.</li>
<li>Write content designed to drive engagement, conversion, and pipeline impact.</li>
</ul>
<p><em>Channel & Performance Optimization</em></p>
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with digital marketing to optimize content for performance.</li>
<li>Support testing, iteration, and refinement based on performance insights.</li>
<li>Apply content best practices and identify opportunities for scalability and efficiency.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What You Bring</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>5–7 years of experience in content marketing, content strategy, or a related role.</li>
<li>Proven track record of creating impactful marketing content.</li>
<li>Experience managing or contributing to editorial calendars.</li>
<li>Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, marketing, business, or a related field.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with publishing tools (e.g., Adobe Suite).</li>
<li>Medical device, healthcare, or B2B technology writing experience is a plus.</li>
<li>Experience with CMS platforms is a plus.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What Will Make You Successful</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Strong understanding of messaging frameworks, positioning, and differentiation.</li>
<li>Excellent writing and editing skills across the customer journey.</li>
<li>Experience developing marketing collateral, video scripts, web pages, social copy, lead-gen assets, and email.</li>
<li>Understanding of digital platforms, audience targeting, SEO, and content performance measurement.</li>
<li>Creative storyteller with a clear, audience-focused writing style.</li>
<li>Ability to align content strategy with business objectives.</li>
<li>Analytical mindset with the ability to assess content performance.</li>
<li>Strong collaboration, organization, and time-management skills.</li>
<li>Ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally.</li>
<li>Adaptability in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.</li>
<li>Up to 5% travel.</li>
