CVT | Cardiovascular Lab | Variable | Full Time

Overview: The Cath Lab CVT, under the direction the of the director/charge person, monitors procedures, including all diagnostic and interventional coronary and peripheral catheterization studies, ensures safe patient care, and works as a scrub assistant. Qualifications: <p><strong>Education</strong>:</p><ul><li>Associate's Degree in Cardiovascular Technology, Radiologic Technology, or Respiratory Therapy </li><li>In Lieu of education requirements, a minimum of five (5) years's experience and: - Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) Certification (Required within 12 months of hire)</li><li>OR - Registered Cardiovascular Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES) Certification (Required within 12 months of hire)</li><li> </li></ul><p><strong>Licensure/Certification/Registration</strong>:</p><ul><li> FL Certified Radiologic Technologist license with valid American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Certification (preferred)</li><li>OR - FL Registered Respiratory Therapist license with valid American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Certification (preferred)</li><li>Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) Certification OR Registered Cardiovascular Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES) Certification (Required within 12 months of hire if no degree in the applicable fields) </li><li>BLS - ACLS</li><li>Special Skills/Qualifications/Additional Training/Experience Required: - Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English</li></ul>
