You’ll support preventative maintenance, equipment upgrades, and contribute to a team-oriented, safety-focused environment.</p><ul><li><p>Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial electrical systems and components</p></li><li><p>Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, calibrations, and installations</p></li><li><p>Read and interpret schematics, equipment manuals, and electrical codes</p></li><li><p>Support mechanical team members and collaborate cross-functionally</p></li><li><p>Operate forklifts, aerial lifts, and overhead cranes as needed</p></li><li><p>Use digital tools and systems to complete work orders and maintain records</p></li><li><p>Support environmental, safety, and quality procedures</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What You’ll Need:</b></p><ul><li><p>High school diploma or GED (free GED program available)</p></li><li><p>3+ years of experience in industrial electrician maintenance</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of AC/DC theory, motor controls, VFDs, PLCs, and hydraulics/pneumatics</p></li><li><p>Experience with schematics, test instruments, and industrial safety protocols</p></li><li><p>Ability to work in environments with dirt, grease, heat, cold, and at heights</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Nice to Haves:</b></p><ul><li><p>Journeyman Certification, apprenticeship, or equivalent experience</p></li><li><p>Background in steel industry maintenance</p></li><li><p>Welding and light fabrication experience</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with Profibus, Profinet, or Ethernet-based industrial networks</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of PID control loops and combustion systems</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Ready to power up your career?
