We want your knowledge and expertise! </p></div><br><p class="Paragraph SCXW260340133 BCX0">Job Summary and Qualifications </p></div><br><p class="Paragraph SCXW260340133 BCX0">As an Electrophysiology (EP) Technologist, you will demonstrate expertise in patient care, assessment, and the range of treatments related to electrophysiology procedures. You will assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional EP studies as well as pacemaker and ICD implantations. This role requires in-depth knowledge of human growth and development, as well as the ability to work with a variety of patients, ensuring high standards of care and safety throughout procedures. The EP Technologist plays a key role in patient preparation, procedural assistance, and patient education, as well as supporting quality improvement initiatives within the department. </p></div><br><p class="Paragraph SCXW260340133 BCX0">Assist physicians by scrubbing/assisting during diagnostic and interventional electrophysiology procedures. </p></li></ul></div><br><ul><li class="OutlineElement Ltr SCXW260340133 BCX0"><p class="Paragraph SCXW260340133 BCX0">Assist physicians during the insertion and removal of devices, such as pacemakers and implantable cardioverter-defibrillators (ICDs). </p></li></ul></div><br><ul><li class="OutlineElement Ltr SCXW260340133 BCX0"><p class="Paragraph SCXW260340133 BCX0">Monitor, record, and report patient symptoms and changes in BCX0"><p class="Paragraph SCXW260340133 BCX0">Staff with 8 years of EP procedure experience may be considered but must complete advanced registration (RCIS or RCES) or obtain their Radiologic Technologist license within one year of hire. </p></li></ul></div><br><ul><li class="OutlineElement Ltr SCXW260340133 BCX0"><p class="Paragraph SCXW260340133 BCX0">Basic Life Support (BLS)
