The EV Advanced Capacity Manager is responsible for leading BEV capacity planning and supplier readiness activities to ensure alignment with Stellantis short/ long‑range product and volume strategies. This role partners cross‑functionally with Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Program teams to identify risks, close gaps, and support BEV program execution. Key Responsibilities include but not limited to: <ul> <li>Review and validate Long Range Plan (LRP) data to ensure BEV capacity assumptions align with program timing, sourcing strategy, and volume requirements</li> <li>Lead SCM capacity assessments for BEV source packages, including Electric Drive Modules (EDMs) and battery systems</li> <li>Perform supplier GAP analysis for BEV components to identify capacity risks and drive mitigation plans in collaboration with cross‑functional teams</li> <li>Support and coordinate monthly Powertrain Sales & Delivery (S&D) meetings for all Stellantis locations producing BEV parts (EDMs and batteries)</li> <li>Manage and maintain the BEV Supplier Capacity Database (Cap DB), including tracking volume variances, reviewing supplier white papers, and supporting scenario analysis</li> <li>Analyze production releases to identify capacity, timing, or execution issues; work with stakeholders to resolve and implement fixes</li> <li>Review BEV & REEV bulletins, translate requirements into executable actions, and lead follow‑up activities across cross‑functional organizations</li> <li>Proactively identify BEV capacity, sourcing, and launch risks; ensure timely escalation and communication to leadership</li> <li>Support continuous improvement initiatives related to BEV capacity planning processes, governance, and data accuracy</li> </ul><div> Our Benefits - Designed with You in Mind Comprehensive Health & Well-being Coverage From your very first day, you’ll have access to medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage - ensuring you and your family stay healthy and protected.
