Working under the direction of a teacher or school leader, you will provide academic assistance, supervise students, and help maintain a structured, positive classroom setting that supports every child’s growth. You will also: <ul> <li>Assist with classroom instruction and daily learning activities</li> <li>Support the facilitation of routines and age-appropriate learning experiences</li> <li>Help maintain a safe, healthy, and nurturing environment for students</li> <li>Monitor and supervise students to ensure safety and positive behavior</li> <li>Organize and maintain classroom materials, including cleaning and tidying learning areas</li> <li>Participate in staff meetings, school events, and training sessions as needed </li> </ul> What We’re Looking For <ul> <li>High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field preferred</li> <li>Maturity, emotional stability, and a calm, supportive presence</li> <li>Stamina to engage positively with students throughout the school day</li> <li>Patient, flexible, dependable, and collaborative attitude</li> <li>Strong communication skills for working with students, families, and staff</li> <li>Ability to accept supervision and implement feedback constructively</li> <li>Recent teaching or classroom support experience is a plus</li> </ul><div> <div>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
