Highlights of your role: <ul><li>Perform electrical work safely and efficiently, maintaining clean and organized workspaces.</li><li>Troubleshoot and repair facility electrical systems, including working in tight spaces and elevated platforms.</li><li>Accurately document work order hours, equipment history, and inventory usage.</li><li>Interpret equipment manuals and drawings to support maintenance and communicate effectively with internal and external partners.</li></ul> You're a good fit if you have (or if you can): <ul><li>A current Minnesota Journeyman’s Electrical License.</li><li>Prior experience performing electrical work in a facility or industrial setting.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.</li></ul> Also want to make sure you have: <ul><li>Experience using aerial lifts, ladders, and hand tools safely and effectively.</li><li>Flexibility to shift between tasks and departments as needed.</li><li>Ability to train others and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.</li></ul> Core Hours: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m., with occasional overtime and weekend project work.
