<p><p><strong>FP&A Manager</strong><br /><em>Manufacturing Finance Operations Finance Strategic Planning</em><br />ProAmpac is seeking a strategic and analytical FP&A Manager to support financial performance <em>across multiple manufacturing locations</em> and business operations. This role will support Kansas City, MO; Granite City, IL and White House, TN. (preferred location in the Nashville area)<br />This role is ideal for a finance leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys partnering directly with Operations, Sales, Supply Chain, and executive leadership to drive profitability, performance, and business growth.<br />The FP&A Manager will lead forecasting, planning, financial modeling, and operational analysis efforts while translating complex financial and manufacturing data into actionable business insights. This position plays a critical role in helping leadership make informed decisions around pricing, productivity, margin improvement, capital investments, and long-range strategic planning.<br />If you enjoy being embedded in the business, influencing decisions, and helping manufacturing operations run smarter and more profitably, we want to hear from you.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong><br />• Lead the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and rolling 18-month forecasting processes across multiple plants and business units<br />• Develop driver-based financial models, scenario analysis, and what-if forecasting to support strategic decision-making<br />• Partner with Operations and Plant Leadership to analyze manufacturing performance, cost structure, labor, efficiencies, waste, yield, and throughput<br />• Deliver detailed financial analysis on pricing, customer profitability, product mix, margins, and operational performance<br />• Perform deep Price-Volume-Mix (PVM) analysis to explain revenue and margin fluctuations<br />• Support pricing strategy decisions through margin and cost impact analysis<br />• Analyze financial and operational KPIs to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and productivity improvements<br />• Support capital investment decisions through ROI analysis and financial modeling<br />• Build dashboards and reporting tools that improve visibility into business performance<br />• Consolidate and present financial results, forecasts, and business insights to senior leadership<br />• Act as a trusted business partner to Finance, Operations, Sales, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams<br />• Drive accountability and cross-functional alignment around financial targets and operational execution<br />What We’re Looking For<br />• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting<br />• 6+ years of progressive FP&A, operational finance, or manufacturing finance experience<br />• Strong background supporting manufacturing, packaging, industrial, or operational environments<br />• Experience with forecasting, financial modeling, budgeting, and scenario analysis<br />• Strong understanding of manufacturing cost drivers, cost accounting, and operational KPIs<br />• Advanced Excel and financial systems experience<br />• Ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations<br />• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence leaders across functions<br />• Self-driven, highly organized professional who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment</p> <p><em><strong>Expected travel up to 50%</strong></em> - manage time between the 3 locations (Kansas City, MO, Granite City, IL and White House, TN)</p> <p><strong>Why Join ProAmpac?</strong><br />At ProAmpac, we are building the future of packaging through innovation, operational excellence, and strategic growth.
