The Therapist II is responsible for conducting assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating with other internal and external professionals. This role also involves participating in outreach and marketing efforts to promote services and attract new referrals, contributing to the overall mission of delivering comprehensive mental health care. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:<ul><li style="margin-left: .25in;">Perform comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to determine individuals’ needs and appropriate interventions.</li><li style="margin-left: .25in;">Utilize standardized assessment tools and techniques to gather relevant information.</li><li style="margin-left: .25in;">Create individualized treatment plans in collaboration with individuals, families, and the treatment team.</li><li style="margin-left: .25in;">Set measurable goals and objectives tailored to individuals’ needs.</li><li style="margin-left: .25in;">Deliver therapeutic interventions in individual, group, and family therapy sessions.</li><li style="margin-left: .25in;">Implement therapeutic techniques to address various mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders.</li><li style="margin-left: .25in;">Provide consistent and comprehensive services to all assigned individuals on your caseload.</li><li style="margin-left: .25in;">Ensure regular contact and follow-up with individuals to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.</li><li style="margin-left: .25in;">Accurately document all client interactions, treatment plans, progress notes, and other required documentation within established timeframes per company policy. </li><li style="margin-left: .25in;">Ensure compliance with all regulatory and organizational standards.</li><li style="margin-left: .25in;">Work closely with other professionals as a multidisciplinary treatment team, to provide holistic care.</li><li style="margin-left: .25in;">Participate in regular treatment team meetings to discuss progress and treatment strategies of individuals served. </li><li style="margin-left: .25in;">Provide immediate support and intervention during crisis situations.</li><li style="margin-left: .25in;">Develop safety plans and coordinate with emergency services when necessary.</li><li Connect America your NPI number will be used to bill for services performed by those being supervised by you. </li><li style="margin-left: .25in;">As a licensed clinician you will be responsible for ensuring that your credentials remain current, and you must comply with all training requirements.</li><li style="margin-left: .25in;">Effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to address inquiries, disseminate information, and resolve complaints or concerns.</li><li style="margin-left: .25in;">If providing services in NC, additional responsibilities include:<ol><li>Actively engage with individuals through assessment, coordination, health promotion, and transitional care, documenting assessments and coordinating with the care team and treatment teams.</li><li>Provide comprehensive care management, coordination, health promotion, individual and family supports, and referrals to community services.</li></ol></li></ul> Qualifications: State-Specific Requirements: <ul><li style="margin-left: .25in;">Alabama:<ol><li>Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.</li><li>Must hold one of the following current professional licenses in the state of Alabama: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).</li></ol></li><li style="margin-left: .25in;">Florida:<ol><li>Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.</li><li>Must hold one of the following credentials in the state of Florida: Registered Intern (RMHCI), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).</li><li>Minimum of one
