The Greater Manchester Region serves a region of 300,000 people in 19 towns.POSITION SUMMARY:<o:p></o:p>The Nurse Aide performs activities which assist the patient in meeting basic human needs and activities of daily living under the direction of the RN or LPN. Performs additional competencies to enhance coordination and collaboration of patient care under the direction of the RN or LPN. Ensures accurate and clear communication to patients, families, and other employees at all times, assisting with other duties as needed to maintain a safe and clean environment. Maintains an accurate medical record.
