As we proudly celebrate 90 years of craftsmanship and innovation, Charter Casting is seeking motivated individuals to join their team.<h2></h2><h2>2 Positions Available at Charter Casting — 2900 E Richmond St, Shawano, WI 54166</h2>Molding Operator | 1st Shift (10-hour shifts, Mon-Thur, 6am-4pm) | $23/hr<ul><li>Operate molding machines and set cores</li><li>Assemble and prepare sand molds for pouring</li><li>Inspect and prepare all patterns, set up mold production</li><li>Coordinate & communicate with melt and molding lines</li><li>Quality inspections on castings and patterns</li><li>Maintain a clean workspace, ladle repairs, and prepare for next production run</li></ul>Melt Deck Operator | 3rd Shift (12-hour shifts, 6pm-6am) | $27/hr<ul><li>Transport melting materials and supplies;</li><li>Operate melting furnace charging equipment</li><li>Learn to operate the melting furnaces. </li><li>Transport melting materials and supplies from the warehouse or other locations to the melt deck.</li><li>Remove full slag hoppers from the melt deck and transport to commercial refuse containers.</li><li>Responsible for own safety and the safety of others in the area.</li></ul><h1></h1><h1>Want to know more about the job?
