<p class="isSelectedEnd">Senior Doc, part of Brigade Health & Affiliates, is seeking a compassionate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to provide behavioral health care to older adults throughout the Boise Metro area.</p>
<p class="isSelectedEnd">This is an opportunity to practice psychiatry in a more personal and rewarding way—meeting patients where they live, developing meaningful relationships, and helping seniors navigate depression, anxiety, dementia-related behaviors, and other complex mental health needs.</p>

<h3>What You'll Do</h3>

<li>Conduct psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits</li>
<li>Provide medication management and treatment planning</li>
<li>Support patients experiencing depression, anxiety, psychosis, mood disorders, and dementia-related behavioral challenges</li>
<li>Partner with caregivers, families, and facility staff to improve patient outcomes</li>
<li>Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive care</li>
</ul>
<h3>What We're Looking For</h3>

<li>Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)</li>
<li>Active Idaho NP license (or ability to obtain)</li>
<li>Experience in psychiatry, geriatrics, skilled nursing, assisted living, memory care, or community-based care preferred</li>
<li>Passion for caring for older adults and supporting families through complex behavioral health challenges</li>
<li>Strong clinical judgment and relationship-building skills</li>
