Quality Warranty Specialist - Warranty Intelligence Room (WIR)

<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">The North America Quality organization is currently seeking an experienced Quality Warranty Specialist for our Warranty Intelligence Room (WIR) team.  This position is responsible to identify and scope emerging warranty spend opportunities, as well as track deliverables and work with cross-functional teams to drive cost saving project implementations.  The candidate selected will report to a Team Lead and should have working level knowledge of data and analytics tools that are commonly used within the Stellantis Quality organization.  </span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Responsibilities include but are not limited to:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Identify, scope, define, and analyze emerging warranty spend opportunities</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Work with a cohesive team of Project Managers and Engineers to implement proactive solutions to warranty spend topics</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Work with cross-functional team to drive implementations on open WIR projects</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Track and measure individual project implementations</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Validate project savings on monthly basis with Warranty Finance representative</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Support ongoing Total Warranty Spend (TWS) War Room activities</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Help to coordinate TWS workshop activities</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Lead the High Warranty Part Pricing (HWPP) process within the team</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Lead the Labor Time Study evaluation process within the team</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Ad-hoc reporting and data analysis</span></li> </ul>
