<h2>About the Role</h2>
<p>The <strong>Sales Associate, Veterinary Endoscopy</strong> is a professional sales support role designed to develop strong technical expertise while supporting sales growth across the Western U.S. This position emphasizes <strong>hands-on training and clinical support</strong> for daily-use endoscopy equipment, including <strong>GI scopes, rigid scopes, and integrated video systems</strong>.</p>
<p>Through comprehensive classroom, virtual, and field-based training—including KSVEA-sponsored labs and third-party educational programs—the Sales Associate will build deep product knowledge and clinical confidence. Reporting to the <strong>Director, Sales & Marketing – KSVEA</strong>, the Associate works closely with customers, veterinary technicians, leading veterinarians, and corporate accounts to support the continued expansion of veterinary endoscopy solutions.</p>

<h2>Key Responsibilities</h2>
<ul>
<li>Complete in-house and field training to develop comprehensive technical knowledge of KSVEA product lines</li>
<li>Deliver hands-on training to veterinary technicians on setup, use, troubleshooting, disassembly, cleaning, and sterilization of GI and rigid scopes and video systems</li>
<li>Build strong working relationships with Sales Associates, Account Managers, back-office teams, and Sales & Marketing leadership</li>
<li>Attend and support required training programs, conferences, seminars, trade shows, and company events</li>
<li>Maintain accurate territory and activity records within KSVEA’s CRM system</li>
<li>Analyze sales and territory data to identify trends, growth opportunities, and potential challenges</li>
<li>Monitor competitive activity and provide timely feedback to Sales & Marketing leadership</li>
<li>Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate documentation for product sales, transfers, and returns</li>
<li>Complete administrative, reporting, and compliance requirements accurately and on time</li>
<li>Provide onsite support for new installations and field assistance with equipment performance issues</li>
<li>Perform additional duties as assigned</li>

<h2>Knowledge, Skills & Abilities</h2>
<ul>
<li>High level of self-motivation with strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication abilities</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills, including priority management and meeting deadlines</li>
<li>Proficient in computer-based systems and CRM tools</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and resolve conflict professionally</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license required; passport preferred for occasional international travel</li>

<h2>Qualifications</h2>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, technical, or business-related field</li>
<li>
<strong>3–5 years of sales experience</strong>, preferably in medical, surgical, OR, or capital equipment environments</li>
<li>Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales objectives</li>
<li>Ability to lift up to <strong>40 pounds</strong>
</li>
<li>Willingness to travel <strong>40–60%</strong>, including occasional weekends</li>
</ul>

<li>Certification as a <strong>Veterinary Technician</strong>
