<b>At Resort Lifestyle Communities (RLC) – Hudson Meadows Retirement,</b> we are seeking a relationship‑driven, consultative sales professional who is passionate about connecting with people, guiding important life decisions, and helping a community grow and thrive.<br />
<br />
This role is ideal for someone who can thoughtfully drive occupancy forward while building a strong foundation for long-term success, including maintaining high occupancy and developing a healthy waitlist.<br />
<br />
<b>Your focus will include:</b></div>
<ul>
<li>Growing occupancy toward and within the 95–100% range</li>
<li>Creating sustainable demand through a strong prospect pipeline and waitlist</li>
<li>Delivering a personalized, relationship-first sales experience</li>
<li>Building meaningful connections with prospects, families, and local partners</li>
</ul>
<div><b>What You’ll Do</b></div>
<ul>
<li><b>Drive & Sustain Occupancy Growth</b>
<ul>
<li>Execute a strategic sales and marketing plan to increase and stabilize occupancy</li>
<li>Balance near-term move-ins with long-term pipeline and waitlist development</li>
<li>Maintain consistent, thoughtful follow-up with prospects based on readiness and timing</li>
<li>Keep CRM accurate and up to date to reflect relationship progress and next steps</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li><b>Deliver a Consultative, Relationship-Focused Experience</b>
<ul>
<li>Conduct welcoming, personalized tours that focus on lifestyle fit and individual needs</li>
<li>Build trust with seniors and their families through empathy, patience, and understanding</li>
<li>Guide prospects through decision-making at a pace that feels comfortable and informed</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li><b>Build & Nurture Lead Sources</b>
<ul>
<li>Develop lasting relationships with referral partners, including:
<ul>
<li>Senior living professionals</li>
<li>Community organizations</li>
<li>Local influencers and service providers</li>
</ul>
</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Participate in outreach, events, and networking to create consistent, high-quality interest</li>
<li>Cultivate future residents early to develop a strong waitlist</li>
<li><b>Contribute to Ongoing Success</b>
<ul>
<li>Monitor key metrics such as occupancy trends, pipeline health, and conversion timelines</li>
<li>Partner with leadership to adjust strategies based on community needs</li>
<li>Provide consistent updates on prospect engagement, outreach efforts, and opportunities</li>
</ul>

</ul>
<div><b>What We’re Looking For (REQUIRED)</b><br />
This role is best suited for someone who thrives in a relationship-first environment while still understanding how to move prospects forward with intention.</div>
<ul>
<li>2+ years of relationship‑driven, consultative sales experience</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to:
<ul>
<li>Grow or maintain occupancy</li>
<li>Manage a sales pipeline with consistent follow-up</li>
<li>Build trust with clients through longer decision cycles</li>
</ul>

</ul>

<li><b>Tuesday–Saturday schedule, with occasional evenings and events</b></li>
<li>Reliable transportation for outreach and community engagement</li>
<li>Ability to stay active while conducting tours and interacting throughout the day</li>
