Job description
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Mission:</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Define and maintain harmonized tools for Direct Material, Aftersales and Raw material sourcing, ensuring corporate compliance, bringing Stellantis efficiency and robustness to select suppliers with the best global business case, covering all company's needs, while controlling business risk.</span></p>
<p> </p>
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Main activities include but not limited to:</span></p>
<ul>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Define and maintain Sourcing Processes for Direct Material, Aftersales and Raw Material</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Define and maintain Global Production Commercial (Direct Material) and Spare Parts (Aftersales) Regional Boilerplate documents</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Align all topics in the DMAS and PAFM team, between process and tool</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Develop and maintain global training documentation for Direct Material, Aftermarket and Raw Material sourcing processes</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Provide support to operational teams related to all Sourcing processes and GST (tickets, chat, emails, …)</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Stakeholder alignment Cross-functional and update processes</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Support audit findings</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Temporary GST Delegation Requests</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Support SOX Control Requirements</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Contribute to Process Mining studies</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Support GST enhancement requests</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Contribute to STARCO project (New sourcing tool Star Co replacing GST)</span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Labour relations:</span></p>
<ul>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">lead tools discussions with internal and external stakeholders of all levels</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">able to interact at working level with peers, managers and directors; direct supervisor support may be required for interaction with VP and above</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">able to effectively escalate process concerns to management of other organizations</span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">In addition, interaction with:</span></p>
<ul>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Process teams of GSPQ (all levels)</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Process teams of ENG, CCLP, MFG</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;"> Direct material coordinators</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;"> Operational teams GPSQ (all levels)</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Audit, legal</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">IT suppliers</span></li>
</ul>
