The Head Start Site Director supervises Head Start Teachers, Assistant Head Start Teachers, Resource Aides, Food Service Personnel, Drivers, and Substitute teachers. Head Start Site Directors are primarily responsible for the overall management and day-to-day operations, including OCC/Child Care Licensing compliance and Head Start Program Performance Standards. The Head Start Site Director collaborates with other Y team members to ensure high-quality, integrated comprehensive services are implemented consistently.
