Our goal is to ensure the people we serve achieve their highest quality of life and personal growth! </align-left><align-left> Essential Duties and Responsibilities: </align-left><align-left>• Safely drives vehicle from homes of persons served or central loading area to destination,  according to assigned schedule.</align-left><align-left>• Secures passengers' wheelchairs to restraining devices to stabilize wheelchairs during trip.</align-left><align-left>• Ensures that all passengers make use of their seatbelts and assures the safety of individuals being transported. </align-left><align-left>• Safely operates cellular phone to communicate with base station or other vehicles to report disruption of service. </align-left><align-left>• Keeps records of trips and behavior of passengers.</align-left><align-left>• Cleans and services vehicle with fuel, lubricants, and accessories. </align-left><align-left>• Participates in organizational or departmental committees and meetings, as appropriate. </align-left><align-left>• Adheres to all St. Coletta organizational and departmental policies and procedures. </align-left> </div> <div class="job-listing-header">Requirements</div> <div data-bind="html: Job.Requirements"> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Professional driving experience preferred, 18 years of age or older</li> <li>A valid state-issued driver’s license with a driving record that meets our requirements</li> <li>A desire to assist individuals with developmental disabilities and other challenges in their personal growth</li> <li>Successfully complete all required training within 60 days of hire </li> </ul> </div>
