You understand a customer or prospect’s pain points and then have the ability to clearly convey Per Mar’s solution. </span></li><li value="3" dir="ltr"><span style="white-space: pre-wrap;">No previous security industry experience? No problem. You will research and learn Per Mar’s products and services until you feel comfortable. Thorough training is provided, and refreshers are given when needed. </span></li><li value="4" dir="ltr"><span style="white-space: pre-wrap;">Self-assuredness and confidence never hurt either. You have the drive; we have the opportunity!</span></li></ul><p class="tidalEditorLocal_paragraph" dir="ltr"><b><strong style="white-space: pre-wrap;">Qualifications:</strong></b></p><ul><li value="1" dir="ltr"><b><strong style="white-space: pre-wrap;">Driven & Results-Oriented</strong></b><span style="white-space: pre-wrap;"> – sales experience can be a plus, but is not required. </span></li><li value="2" dir="ltr"><b><strong style="white-space: pre-wrap;">Valid Driver’s License</strong></b><span style="white-space: pre-wrap;"> – Paired with a good driving record.</span></li><li value="3" dir="ltr"><b><strong style="white-space: pre-wrap;">Specified License Approval</strong></b><span style="white-space: pre-wrap;"> - Must be able to obtain specified license(s) to perform work in the security industry according to the rules and regulations prescribed by the State(s) where this position travels.</span></li><li value="4" dir="ltr"><b><strong style="white-space: pre-wrap;">High School Diploma/GED</strong></b><span style="white-space: pre-wrap;"> - Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university is preferred but not required</span></li></ul><br/><br/>
