We are currently hiring a Domestic Casualty Underwriting Specialist or Executive Underwriter to work in our New York City office. Your relationship building and problem-solving expertise will help us drive positive impact with our customers, communities, and each other. You will serve as a customer advocate with a focus on improving the customer experience by understanding their unique risks and offering the best end-to-end solution for their insurance needs. We are looking for someone with excellent market facing and technical skills that has experience working with brokers in the NY area. This position will be working with our National Accounts Casualty products managing a renewal book along with being responsible for bringing in new business. The proposed salary range for the Underwriting Specialist is $94,800.00 - $155,100.00, with short-term incentive bonus eligibility set at 10%. The proposed salary range for the Executive Underwriter is $125,300.00 - $205,100.00, with short-term incentive bonus eligibility set at 15%.
