This role is <strong>pivotal</strong> in ensuring <strong>timely</strong>, <strong>accurate</strong>, and <strong>compassionate care</strong>. Your responsibilities will include:</p> <ul> <li> <strong>Providing hands-on medical care</strong> to emergency patients the moment they arrive</li> <li> <strong>Assessing urgency</strong> and <strong>prioritizing patient care</strong> based on condition severity</li> <li> <strong>Supporting the ER team</strong> with <strong>treatments</strong>, <strong>diagnostics</strong>, and <strong>continuous patient monitoring</strong> </li> <li> <strong>Assisting in emergency procedures</strong>, <strong>exams</strong>, and <strong>resuscitations</strong> </li> <li>Performing <strong>critical technical tasks</strong> such as <strong>venipuncture</strong>, <strong>running lab work</strong>, <strong>placing catheters</strong>, <strong>administering medications</strong>, and <strong>capturing patient vitals</strong> </li> <li> <strong>Communicating clearly and compassionately</strong> with both pet owners and internal teams.
