Geriatrics Nurse Practitioner

<p>Physician's Services Group (PSG) is seeking a compassionate and motivated Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing Post-Acute Care team in the North Augusta, South Carolina area. This full-time opportunity offers a stable weekday schedule, clinical autonomy, and the ability to build meaningful relationships with patients while improving outcomes and reducing unnecessary hospitalizations. </p><p>The provider will deliver in-person care within Skilled Nursing and Post-Acute Care facilities while collaborating closely with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary care teams. </p>
