We are seeking experienced Neonatal NPs to join a growing neonatal care team in Jacksonville, Florida, supporting both Level II and Level IV NICU environments. With no state income tax and a thriving healthcare community, it is an ideal place to live and grow your career. </p><p><strong>What You ll Do </strong><br>Provide independent and collaborative care to premature and critically ill newborns within NNP scope and protocols<br>Manage infants across both intermediate and high acuity NICU settings<br>Conduct comprehensive and interval histories and targeted physical assessments<br>Order, interpret, and act on laboratory and diagnostic studies<br>Develop and adjust treatment plans including medications, procedures, and supportive therapies<br>Participate in neonatal rounds and coordinate care with physicians, APPs, nursing, transport teams, and ancillary services<br></p><p><strong>Ideal Background </strong><br>Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification and licensure<br>Clinical experience in neonatal intensive care<br>Strong assessment and procedural skills<br>Passion for evidence based, family centered NICU care<br>Team focused approach with excellent communication skills </p><p><strong>Considering a Move?
