Pain Management Nurse Practitioner

Snowskiing, Outdoor lakes and river fun during Summers. </p><p><strong>OVERVIEW </strong> </p><p>Experienced Pain Medicine Nurse Practitioner Full Time, Outpatient </p><p><strong>ROLE </strong> </p><ul><li>1:4 Weekly: Shared phone call from home; no need to come to hospital </li><li>Serve adult patients with a variety of chronic pain conditions </li><li>Collaborate with other specialties and primary care </li><li>EMR Meditech </li><li>Perform office-based evaluations, medication management, education, referrals for interventional procedures, and minor in-office procedures </li><li>Practicing autonomously; will have own patient panel </li><li>Procedures may include trigger point injections, joint injections, Botox, and more </li><li>MAT services with X-waiver preferred </li> </ul><p><strong>PACKAGE </strong> </p><p>Salary $150,000 (1.0 FTE) for experienced APRN + $10k Annual Bonus </p><p>wRVU bonus potential, Sign Bonus & Paid Call </p><p>Relocation assistance + Educational Loan Reimbursement </p><p>5 Weeks PTO + CME funds + 2 weeks CME time </p><p>Medical, dental, vision, life, disability + employer matched retirement plans </p><p>Malpractice with Tail </p>
