We expect you to think, assess, and contribute. </p> <strong>What You ll Do </strong> <ul><li>Evaluate and manage new and established pain patients </li><li>Perform comprehensive histories, exams, and treatment planning </li><li>Manage medication regimens responsibly (including controlled substances when appropriate) </li><li>Assist in coordinating care for advanced interventional procedures </li><li>Collaborate with physicians, MAs, and scheduling team to optimize patient flow </li><li>Educate patients on treatment options, expectations, and long-term plans </li><li>Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR </li> </ul> <strong>What We re Looking For </strong> <ul><li>Licensed <strong>Nurse Practitioner (NP) </strong> or <strong>APRN </strong> in Arkansas </li><li>Experience in <strong>pain management, orthopedics, PM&R, or neurology preferred </strong> </li><li>Strong clinical judgment and comfort managing complex patients </li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment </li><li>Someone who takes ownership not just a shift worker </li> </ul> <strong>What You ll Get </strong> <ul><li>Competitive salary (based on experience) </li><li>Bonus potential tied to productivity and performance </li><li>Stable, well-established practice with strong referral base </li><li>Opportunity to learn and grow in <strong>interventional pain medicine </strong> </li><li>Supportive clinical infrastructure (MAs, scheduling, leadership) </li><li>No hospital call </li> </ul> <strong>Practice Overview </strong> <p><strong>Arkansas Spine and Pain </strong> is a leading interventional pain practice in Central Arkansas, focused on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
