Whether you're a new graduate or an experienced professional, if you have a friendly, energetic demeanor and a commitment to exceptional patient care, we would love to have you on our team. This is a fast-paced, primary care setting where you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference. </p><p><b><strong>Key Responsibilities: </strong> </b> </p><ul><li>Provide pediatric care in an outpatient setting. </li><li>Manage a caseload of 10-15 patients per day, with potential for growth. </li><li>Perform assessments, diagnose conditions, and create treatment plans. </li><li>Collaborate with the clinic's sole provider and other team members. </li><li>Participate in on-call duties via phone, averaging 2-3 times per week. </li><li>Ensure positive, productive patient visits. </li><li>Adhere to clinic protocols and maintain high standards of care. </li> </ul><p><b><strong>Qualifications: </strong> </b> </p><ul><li>APRN License in Kentucky. </li><li>BLS (Basic Life Support) and PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certifications. </li><li>Ability to start within 3 weeks to 1 month </li><li>Self-motivated, independent, and able to work in a fast-paced environment </li><li>Friendly, energetic demeanor with a strong commitment to patient care </li><li>Open to new graduates. </li> </ul><p><b><strong>Compensation & Benefits: </strong> </b> </p><ul><li>$5,000 sign-on bonus </li><li>Monthly bonus based on patient volume </li><li>401(k) </li><li>Medical, dental, and vision insurance </li><li>Malpractice insurance </li><li>40 hours of PTO </li><li>16 hours of sick leave </li><li>Flexible schedule </li><li>HRSA/NHSC Loan Repayment available<br><p><strong> If you're interested, please let me know a convenient time to chat.
