Locum Cardiology Physician Job in Connecticut Seeking Cardiology physicians for locum coverage near Portland, CT. <strong>Job Details: </strong> <ul> <li>Coverage Date: ASAP - 4/30/2022 </li> <li>Other Details:<ul> <li>Reason for Need: augment staffing for inpatient units </li> <li>Number of Positions: 2 Specialty </li> <li>Must be BC in Cardiology </li> <li>Schedule:<ul> <li>1 MD rounding in the hospital 8A-5P for 7 days a week when on call, available for calls after hours, and coming in to see a patient if needed </li> <li>1 MD no call and rounding in hospital M-F 8A-5PM. </li> <li>Call schedule: 1 MD 7 days a week when on-call No support from Anesthesiologist, Rounding 8a-5pm </li> <li>3-5 Coverage for ED to ED transfers for a cardiac reason, No procedures </li> <li>EMR System: EPIC </li> <li>Patient mix: Adult </li> <li>16 Permanent Physicians with APP support for daytime hours </li> <li>Will be responsible for transfers coming from smaller community hospitals </li> </ul> </li> </ul> </li> </ul> If you are interested in hearing more about this opportunity, please call or text MD Staff at .
