Cardiologist - Electrophysiology Opportunity near POLAND IN Department: Cardiology Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Shift: Day Schedule: Regular Full time Work From Home: No Job available in 2 locations We are seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Cardiologist specializing in Electrophysiology to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will become a valuable member of a large, multi-specialty team consisting of twenty-nine cardiologists, three cardiac hospitalists, and ten advanced practice providers. Candidate Expectations: <ul><li>Clinical Excellence: The candidate should have a strong focus on clinical excellence, aiming to provide the highest quality of patient care. </li><li>Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills are crucial, along with a desire to build strong community ties and collaborate effectively with the existing medical staff. </li><li>Collaborative Approach: The physician will work collaboratively with all team members within the Cardiology service line to ensure coordinated and top-tier patient care delivery. </li> </ul>What You Can Expect: <ul><li>Work Schedule: Monday Friday, 7:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m., with a hospital rotation of 1:3. </li><li>Additional Hours: Saturday, 7:00 a.m. 11:00 a.m. (2 times per year) and evening hours, 5:00 p.m. 7:00 p.m. (2 times per year) to enhance patient access. </li><li>Weekend Call: 1:6, with inpatient call coverage from 5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. one evening every 4-5 weeks. Night call is supported by three cardiac hospitalists from 9:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. </li><li>Average Clinic Volume: 22 patients per day, ensuring a manageable workload for comprehensive patient care. </li><li>Inpatient Volume: Handling an average of inpatients. </li><li>Procedural Expertise: The candidate will have the opportunity to perform various procedures utilizing state-of-the-art labs equipped with advanced technologies such as Biosense Webster Cartosound Mapping system and St. Jude Ensite with Perssion Mapping. </li><li>Procedure Types: Covering a wide range from permanent pacemaker implants to complex ablations like Atrial Fibrillation, Atrial Flutter, SVT, VT Cryoablation, among others. </li> </ul>Job ID: j- This exciting opportunity near POLAND IN offers a stimulating work environment with a focus on collaboration, clinical excellence, and advanced procedural capabilities.
