- BC / BE Emergency Medicine residency trained physician<br>- Join a cohesive group of physicians who are all EM residency trained, board certified and have an average tenure of 14 years.<br>-Work closely with a talented group of advanced practice providers and staff.<br>-This is an employed position with a progressive and financially secure health system.<br>-Find your work/life balance in family-centered communities.<br><strong>Practice Details: </strong><br>- 32 room department recently renovated and optimized<br>-All day and evening shifts; no overnights<br>-Full time is -hour shifts per month<br>-Department has 50 hours of physician coverage and 30 hours of APP coverage per day<br>-Adult and pediatric hospitalist do their own admissions<br>-Not a trauma facility; no heads, no open hearts<br><strong>Compensation and Benefits: </strong><ul><li>$450,000 base salary<li>$75,000 sign-on bonus<li>$60,000 total retention bonus (paid $20,000 at the end of years 1, 2 & 3)<li>$6,000 CME annually </ul>-Three retirement plans including a unique supplemental plan Health, vision, dental, life and disability coverage<br>-Paid malpractice with tail<br>You wont find a better organization or group.
