This position is available starting in March/April 2025 and runs through the remainder of the year. </p> Job Highlights: <ul><li><p><strong>Facility Overview </strong>: </p><ul><li>Approximately 150 total hospital beds </li><li>Annual emergency department (ED) volume of 48,000 patients </li><li>Level III Trauma Center with comprehensive specialty backup, including trauma, interventional cardiology, orthopedics, OB-GYN, anesthesia, and critical care </li><li>31 ED beds, including 8 Fast Track beds </li><li>EMR system: EPIC </li> </ul> </li><li><p><strong>Shift Details </strong>: </p><ul><li>Physician and APP coverage provided 24/7 </li><li>Flexible shift options:<ul><li>7 AM - 5 PM / 7 PM </li><li>10:30 AM - 9:30 PM </li><li>3 PM - 11:30 PM </li><li>9 PM - 7 AM </li> </ul> </li><li>Weekend shifts required; no on-call responsibilities </li><li>Minimum monthly shift commitment: 6 </li> </ul> </li><li><p><strong>Support System </strong>: </p><ul><li>Internal Medicine residents and PA students onsite </li><li>24/7 Clinical Information Manager (CIM) and scribe coverage </li> </ul> </li> </ul> Qualifications: <ul><li>Active NY medical license required (no exceptions for applicants needing to apply for licensure). </li><li>Emergency Medicine residency training mandatory. </li><li>Board certification or eligibility (ABEM) within three years of eligibility.
