<p><strong>Emergency Medicine Nocturnist </strong> </p><p><strong>Compensation: </strong> $215.00 per Hour </p><p><strong>Job Type: </strong> Full-Time Dedicated Nights 1,456 Required Clinical Hours Annually </p><p><strong>Location: </strong> Lima, OH </p><p><br></p><p>We have partnered closely with a premier organization to secure a dedicated, full-time <strong>Emergency Medicine Nocturnist </strong>. This role places you inside a highly regarded, close-knit community hospital emergency department that boasts an exceptional culture of mutual respect, internal clinical support, and stable operations. </p><p>This position is designed for an Emergency Medicine physician seeking a stable, structured night role with a highly manageable annual hourly requirement, minimal administrative friction, and top-tier financial retirement matching </p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities </strong> </p><ul><li>Serve as the solo attending Emergency Medicine Physician on-site during night hours, directing patient care and managing acute presentations with full clinical autonomy. </li><li>Benefit from excellent, dedicated night-time overlap coverage provided by experienced Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) to streamline patient throughput. </li><li>Support a high-functioning community Emergency Department seeing a steady, predictable volume of approximately 28,000 patient visits annually. </li><li>Utilize the Meditech EMR platform.
