Work Dates Needed: Starting Asap - 3/31/27<br />Preferred Schedule: 8a-5p, M-F, Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call<br />Worksite Setting: Outpatient, Inpatient, Stroke Certified Hospital, Trauma level II.<br />Scope of Work: Pediatrics - Endocrinology, patients per shift:8-9, locum call is for both, call type is beeper, call response time required is 20 mins, call ratio is 1:4; 8-10 patients per day<br />Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active WA license or IMLC, BC; Fellowship preferred<br /><br />Pay Rate Preferred: $250/Hr; $310.00/Hr OT and Call Back; weeknight call per night $245.00; 24 hr call per 24 hrs (gratis 3) $ <br />Additional details: <br />Dates of Need: 1 Week per month.<br />Needing coverage from 1 locum provider one week a month for ongoing, consistent care.<br />Providers will have 1 hour for new patient and Diabetic appointments and 30 minutes follow up appointments. <br />8-10 patients per day.<br />Minimal rounding on weekends during call coverage.<br />Provider Min # Shifts Required: 7-14.<br />Guaranteed Hours per Day: 8, hours worked for OT to apply: 8 hours per day.<br />Regular, Orientation, Overtime, Holiday, Night Call, 24 Hour Call, Call-Back.
