Physician / Geriatrics / Kentucky / Permanent / ALF / SNF Geriatrics Medicine Physician - Lexington, Kentucky market Job

- Practice in Skilled Nursing (SNF) and Assisted Living, (ALF) facilities<br>- RVU based compensation; make well into the $300s depending on number of patients seen (12 patients is the minimum)<br>- Possibility of additional Medical Director stipend of $15k+ per year<br>-Typically cover one facility per day; mostly SNF<br>- AI for instant, intuitive charting<br>- Lots of autonomy: M-F schedule with ability to leave once patients are seen and responsibilities finished, typically well before 5:00pm.<br>- No call<br>- Medical, dental, 401k, etc<br>- 13 paid holidays<br>- Locations are north/Northeast of Lexington
