Our dedicated staff actively engage in community volunteer efforts, reinforcing our commitment to holistic, community-centered healthcare.<br>Position Overview<br>We are seeking a highly skilled OB Hospitalist to join our team immediately. The provider will be responsible for managing all obstetric inpatient care, including deliveries, triage, and high-risk pregnancies, in collaboration with neonatologists and maternal-fetal medicine specialists. This is a permanent full-time role ideal for OB physicians seeking a stable position with opportunities for professional growth.<br>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide comprehensive obstetric inpatient care, including management of labor, deliveries, and postpartum care. </li><li>Perform and assist with Cesarean sections, including surgical procedures and emergency interventions. </li><li>Conduct OB triage assessments, admissions, and outpatient consultations. </li><li>Manage high-risk pregnancies in collaboration with maternal-fetal medicine specialists. </li><li>Oversee approximately 1,924 annual deliveries, including 96 C-sections. </li><li>Handle an outpatient OB/GYN triage caseload with roughly 2,296 visits annually. </li><li>Conduct around 1,229 OB/Emergency Department consults per year. </li><li>Work closely with neonatology team in a Level II NICU setting. </li><li>Respond promptly to emergencies within the labor and delivery unit. </li><li>Provide care for unassigned patients and assist with private call coverage as needed. </li><li>Support hospital initiatives aimed at delivering exceptional maternal-fetal health outcomes. </li> </ul> Qualifications & Requirements<ul><li>Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology. </li><li>Valid Texas medical license or able to obtain one promptly. </li><li>Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. </li><li>Commitment to patient-centered care and community engagement. </li><li>Residency within the immediate local area preferred (relocation assistance available). </li> </ul> Compensation & Benefits<ul><li><strong>Competitive Hourly Rate: </strong> $135/hour ( $292,000 annually, based on schedule) </li><li><strong>Sign-On Bonus: </strong> Available; details to be discussed during interview </li><li><strong>Relocation Assistance: </strong> Provided if necessary </li> </ul><br><strong>Benefits Include: </strong><br><ul><li>Comprehensive health coverage, including medical, dental, and vision insurance </li><li>Life insurance and disability plans (short and long-term) </li><li>Retirement plans with 401(k) match </li><li>Pre-tax Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) </li><li>Employee Stock Purchase Program (15% discount) </li><li>Additional voluntary plans: Hospital, Critical Illness, and Accident insurance </li><li>Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and identity protection services </li> </ul><br><em>Note: These benefits are available to full-time employees.
