<p><strong>Primary Care Physician - 100% Outpatient Value-Based Care Phoenix, AZ making over $300k year 1 </strong> </p> <p><strong>Location: </strong> Phoenix, AZ </p> <p>We are hiring <strong>Primary Care Physicians </strong> for a modern, value-based care (VBC) model focused exclusively on the Medicare Advantage population.
