<p><strong>Primary Care/ Family Physician - South Bend, IN </strong> </p><p><strong>COMPENSATION: $240,000-$270,000 Plus 10% bonus </strong> </p><p>We are looking for a full-time relationship-centered family Primary Care Physician to add to our team at our near-site employer-sponsored primary care clinic South Bend, IN. </p><p>We provide high-quality, proactive primary care to adults and children in partnership with local employers or unions. We focus on prevention and wellness, acute and chronic disease management, and maximizing provider-patient relationships. We seek providers who are passionate about providing full-spectrum primary care resulting in top-notch clinical quality, outstanding service, and increased overall health outcomes. </p> <p><strong>Role: </strong> </p><ul><li>Compensation: $240k-$270k plus 10% of base salary bonus potential </li><li>Location: South Bend, IN </li><li>Need: 1 primary care physician </li><li>Full range of Family Practice </li><li>Can take care of patients without copays and deductibles </li><li>Patient volume: Avg. 10-12 </li><li>Patient demographics: 50/50 men/women, (ages 2+) </li><li>Clinical Support Staff: 1-NP, 1-PA, 4-MA's </li><li><p>Clinic Hours: M-F Flexible schedule.
