<ul> <li> Work Dates Needed: 1 Saturday at the end of May, then 2-3 Saturday a month starting in July, ongoing. </li> <li> Worksite Setting: Outpatient </li> <li> Scope of Work: Physicals only - DARS (Dept of Assistive and Rehabilitative Services/ Disability exams </li> <li> Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: BC/BE or GP accepted, TX license. Cannot work for any State or Federal facilities - VA (DADS as an example, its is a conflict of interest), Need Actual copy of TX license when presenting, CV must have some applicable experience performing physical exams similar to Social Security Disability Exams. </li> <li> EMR: paper charts - dictation </li> </ul><br />
