<br><strong>Position: Perm - Physician - Maternal Fetal Medicine </strong><br /><strong>Location: Denver, CO (Relocation may be required) </strong><br><strong>Overview: </strong><br />We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM) physician to join our established, full-service practice serving the Denver metro area and outreach clinics across Colorado and Wyoming. This position offers exceptional opportunities for professional growth, research involvement, and collaboration with a dedicated team of specialists.<br><strong>Key Responsibilities: </strong><br><ul><li>Provide comprehensive outpatient and inpatient maternal-fetal healthcare, including high-risk obstetric management and consultations. </li><li>Manage an average of 650-700 deliveries annually across two hospitals, with approximately 600 maternal transports per year. </li><li>Participate actively in clinical research initiatives and contribute to the ongoing education of residents and fellows in obstetrics and maternal-fetal medicine. </li><li>Utilize the latest technological advancements in MFM to ensure the highest standard of patient care. </li><li>Collaborate closely with OB hospitalists and other specialists within the Pediatrix Medical Group to coordinate care. </li><li>Work with well-established NICUs staffed by experienced neonatologists, with access to a full range of pediatric subspecialties, including air and ground transport teams. </li> </ul><br><strong>Qualifications: </strong><br><ul><li>M.D. or D.O. degree with board certification or eligibility in Maternal Fetal Medicine. </li><li>Residency training in obstetrics and gynecology, followed by fellowship in MFM. </li><li>Current medical licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in Colorado. </li><li>Residency within the immediate local area preferred. </li><li>Commitment to providing exemplary patient care and contributing to a collaborative clinical environment. </li> </ul><br><strong>Compensation and Benefits: </strong><br><ul><li>Competitive total annual compensation ranging from $450,000 to $550,000, commensurate with experience. </li><li>Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance are available, contingent upon negotiation. </li><li>Full comprehensive benefits package, including:<ul><li>Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance </li><li>Life and Disability insurance </li><li>Healthcare Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Dependent Care FSA, and Health Savings Account (HSA) options </li><li>Retirement plans, including a 401(k) plan </li><li>Employee Stock Purchase Program </li><li>Voluntary benefits available through payroll deduction </li> </ul> </li> </ul><br>This is a full-time, permanent position ideal for physicians seeking a rewarding career in a vibrant, growth-oriented community with access to diverse patient populations and advanced healthcare resources.
