<strong>Practice Details </strong><ul><li>BC/BE<li>On-Call Only " Not Required to be In-House All Night<li>7 on/7 off Schedule<li>550 Births Per Year<li>Level 2 Nursery<li>On-Call from 7:00 PM-7:00 AM Monday-Thursday and Noon Friday-7:00 AM Monday<li>All Typical Duties of an Ob/Gyn Hospitalist Expected<li>When Fully Staffed, We Will Have (2) On-Call Ob/Gyn Hospitalists, (3) Clinic-Based Ob/Gyn Physicians, and (3) Womens Health APPs/Certified Nurse Midwives </ul><strong>Compensation and Benefits </strong><ul><li>$340,000-$400,000 salary plus production-based bonus potential<li>2 Weeks of Vacation and 1 Week for CME (23 Weeks or 161 Annual Shifts)<li>Robust benefits package </ul><strong>Community </strong><ul><li>The community itself offers a great work-life balance with access to a performing, music and visual arts center.
