This is a unique opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with state-of-the-art facilities, offering both professional growth and personal fulfillment.<br>Required Skills:<br><ul><li>Proven experience and comfort in inpatient malignant medical oncology and hematology consultations </li><li>Strong clinical knowledge in medical oncology and hematology </li><li>Ability to manage a high patient volume of 20-25 patients per day </li><li>Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills </li><li>Proficiency in procedures related to malignant and benign oncology cases </li><li>Competence to supervise advanced practice providers and lead a multidisciplinary team </li> </ul><br>Nice to Have Skills:<br><ul><li>Prior experience in hospital-based oncology practice </li><li>Familiarity with hospital privileges at United Hospital, Abbott Northwestern, and Mercy Hospital </li><li>Experience with outpatient and inpatient documentation within same-day timelines </li><li>Ability to participate in coverage for outpatient services if needed </li> </ul><br>Preferred Education and Experience:<br><ul><li>Board Certification in Oncology and Hematology </li><li>Valid Minnesota Medical License or In-Transit Medical License Certification (IMLC) </li><li>Minimum of 3 years of oncology practice experience, with inpatient and consult scope </li> </ul><br>Other Requirements:<br><ul><li>Credentialing within approximately 90 days </li><li>Willingness to work Monday through Friday, plus overnight on-call from home </li><li>Availability to start as soon as possible </li><li>Flexibility to support special procedures and hospital privileges </li><li>Ability to adapt to various hospital settings and collaborate seamlessly within a multidisciplinary team </li><li>Travel/License reimbursements applicable when necessary </li> </ul><br>Compensation:<br>Hourly Pay Rate: $463.13<br>We offer competitive pay packages, weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), a robust referral bonus program, and dedicated 24/7 support from our team to ensure your success.
