This is a full-time, permanent position that offers an excellent opportunity for a surgeon who is dedicated to clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. </p> Position Overview: <ul><li><strong>Job Title </strong>: Orthopedic Surgeon - Hands & Upper Extremities </li><li><strong>Scheduled Weekly Hours </strong>: 40 </li><li><strong>Shift </strong>: Day </li><li><strong>Schedule </strong>: Regular Full-Time </li><li><strong>Work From Home </strong>: No </li> </ul> What You Can Expect: <ul><li><strong>Comprehensive Orthopedic Program </strong>:<ul><li>Join a well-established orthopedic department that specializes in the prevention and treatment of a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, including those affecting bones, joints, tendons, muscles, ligaments, and the spine. </li> </ul> </li><li><strong>Balanced Schedule </strong>:<ul><li>The physician will split time between the clinic and the hospital, ensuring a varied and engaging work environment. </li><li>The schedule will be based on patient needs and the OR schedule, allowing for flexibility and focus on quality patient care. </li> </ul> </li><li><strong>Call Responsibilities </strong>:<ul><li>Participate in a manageable call schedule with a 1:3 rotation, ensuring a work-life balance while providing essential care. </li> </ul> </li><li><strong>Patient and Surgical Volume </strong>:<ul><li>Manage an average outpatient volume of 20 - 25 patients per day, allowing for in-depth consultations and personalized care. </li><li>Perform an average of 3 6 surgical cases per day, focusing on advanced techniques and ensuring optimal outcomes for patients. </li> </ul> </li><li><strong>Advanced Technology and Equipment </strong>:<ul><li>Work with the most advanced techniques and technology in orthopedic surgery, supported by reliable instrumentation and state-of-the-art equipment. </li> </ul> </li> </ul> Ideal Candidate: <ul><li><strong>Experience </strong>:<ul><li>A minimum of 2+ years of experience specifically in Hands and Upper Extremities cases is required. </li> </ul> </li><li><strong>Team Collaboration </strong>:<ul><li>Must be a team player, working collaboratively with existing medical staff to ensure the highest quality of patient care. </li> </ul> </li><li><strong>Clinical Excellence </strong>:<ul><li>Strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction, with exceptional interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with patients and colleagues. </li> </ul> </li> </ul> Why This Role? <p>This position offers a unique opportunity to be part of a well-established orthopedic team in a dynamic and supportive environment.
