<p><strong>Role Overview: </strong> </p><ul><li><p>Blend of inpatient pulmonary consults and outpatient clinic responsibilities </p><li><p>Position will begin primarily with inpatient consults and a small outpatient component, expanding as patient volume grows </p> </ul><p><strong>Responsibilities: </strong> </p><ul><li><p>Daily rounding at 1"2 assigned hospitals in the morning (close proximity) </p><li><p>Average daily patient volume: 25 </p><li><p>Outpatient clinic scheduled in the afternoon (initially a half-day per week, with potential to increase based on growth) </p><li><p>The group provides consults at 4 hospitals and 1 long-term care facility, with future expansion as practice grows </p> </ul><p><strong>Schedule: </strong> </p><ul><li><p>Monday"Friday: mornings spent on hospital rounds, afternoons for scheduled outpatient clinic as assigned </p><li><p>On-call duties for assigned hospitals (new consults handled the next morning; no routine overnight hospital visits) </p><li><p>Weekend call: 1 weekend per month (rounding on census) </p><li><p>Holiday call coverage distributed among providers </p> </ul><p><strong>Practice Features: </strong> </p><ul><li><p>Privately owned (not PE or hospital owned) with a partnership track after 2 years </p><li><p>Competitive compensation: base salary plus productivity (collections) bonus </p> </ul><p><strong>Ideal Candidate: </strong> </p><ul><li><p>Board-certified or board-eligible in Pulmonary Medicine </p><li><p>Collaborative, adaptable, and patient-focused </p> </ul> </li> </li> </li> </li> </li> </li> </li> </li> </li> </li> </li> </li> </li> </li>
