Transhepatic Choleangiogram Blood patch Joint/epidural injections Vertebroplasty Arthrograms Chest tube insertion Uterine artery embolization Liver Y90/Tace Gastrostomy tube insertion Nephrostomy/ureteral stent insertion Renal fistulograms Cryoablation Preferred but not required: Neuro (head) stroke thrombectomy JOB REQUIREMENTS Board: Board Certified in Vascular & Interventional Radiology (Required) Licenses: Active North Dakota license highly preferred; Universal License (IMLC) required if ND license is not active Certifications: ACLS, BLS Experience: IR residency or fellowship required; must have experience with all required procedures Other Qualifications: Clean malpractice history highly preferred; availability at time of name clear required; NPDB self-query report dated within 30 days of presentation required Duties & Responsibilities Perform a wide range of interventional radiology procedures, including diagnostic and therapeutic vascular interventions, biopsies, drainages, and access device placements. Provide on-call coverage for evening and weekend emergencies. Collaborate with referring physicians to determine appropriate interventional procedures. Maintain accurate documentation in the Epic EMR system. Participate in quality assurance and safety protocols as required.
