<p><strong>Urgent Care MD </strong> </p><p><strong>Employment Type: </strong> Permanent Full-Time Four 10-Hour Days Day Shift </p><p><strong>Location: </strong> La Grande, OR (Rural Eastern Oregon) </p><p><strong>Compensation: </strong> $280K - $300K+ per year </p><p>We are seeking an innovative and energetic <strong>Physician </strong> who enjoys professional autonomy and working with a supportive, caring group of healthcare professionals! Youll join a high-functioning Urgent Care team equipped with state-of-the-art diagnostic tools and on-site imaging at a growing Critical Access Hospital in beautiful rural Eastern Oregon. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient health while enjoying an exceptional outdoor lifestyle and work-life balance. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities </strong> </p><ul><li>Provide high-quality care to patients of all ages for non-emergent illnesses and injuries </li><li>Perform standard UC procedures, including suturing, splinting, I&Ds, and foreign body removal </li><li>Utilize on-site state-of-the-art equipment to interpret X-rays and EKGs for rapid patient disposition </li><li>Work alongside a dedicated team of nurses, techs, and support staff to maintain efficient patient flow </li><li>Serve as a vital access point for healthcare in a rural community, ensuring patients receive timely treatment without the ER wait </li> </ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications </strong> </p><ul><li>Medical Degree (MD) from an accredited school. </li><li>BC/BE in Family Medicine (FM), Emergency Medicine (EM), or Internal Medicine (IM) </li><li>Active, unrestricted State Medical License </li><li>Strong skills and a commitment to providing high-quality care in a community-oriented environment </li> </ul><p> ? </p><p><strong>Compensation & Benefits </strong> </p><ul><li>Very competitive, total compensation opportunity ($300k+) which includes: </li><li>Annual quality incentives up to $45k </li><li>RVU bonus based on annual threshold </li><li>Commencement bonus of $30,000 </li><li>$8,000 annual CME, licensing, dues, subscription + paid CME time </li><li>Student loan assistance </li><li>Hospital employed </li><li>Full benefits including a 401k match </li><li>Paid malpractice </li> </ul><p><br></p>
